dan Morning Show dan dirilis untuk digital download hari berikutnya,
sebagai single utama Menyesal. Def Jam Recordings dilayani tunggal untuk
radio hit kontemporer di Amerika Serikat pada tanggal 2 Oktober. Musik,
"Diamonds" adalah mid-tempo pop balada dengan pengaruh dari musik
elektronik dan jiwa. Single ini adalah keberangkatan dari tema hubungan
merusak yang jelas dalam beberapa single sebelumnya Rihanna.
